Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Billing Specialist is responsible for completing Timekeeper edits to prebills and preparing timely and accurate billings for external clients while assisting in the design, implementation, and deployment of policies and procedures.

In Short

• Assist in monthly prebill distribution
• Act as initial contact for client personnel
• Timely complete prebill edits including narrative changes
• Engage with stakeholders for continuous improvements

• Hybrid schedule after 90 days based on tenure
• May be eligible for an annual bonus

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience with Aderant, InTapp, and Chrome River required
