Overview

Senior Account Managers provide high-quality service to our Clients and Account Executives. They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response. In this role, the Senior Account Manager will support Senior Executives in the administration of policies, coordination of billing/payment, processing applications and other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C).
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and thoroughness.
  • Team player with a customer service focus.
  • Active listening and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure.
