• You are the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries across various channels.
• You assist new customers in quickly and easily implementing our solution.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, end-user support, or technical support, ideally in a digital environment.
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, and solution-oriented, both in writing and verbally.
• You enjoy working independently and keeping track of multiple inquiries.
• You have a good technical understanding (e.g., for apps or Internet of Things).
• You are fluent in German and have solid English skills.
• Bonus: Experience with support tools like Zendesk.
