Overview

As a QA Nurse Reviewer, you’ll be the clinical guardian who pairs deep nursing expertise with cutting-edge automation. You’ll review AI's output of OASIS-E, ICD-10 coding, and plan-of-care documents, then turn those insights into product improvements and front-line education.

• Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence.
• Certifications: COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H.
• 3+ years in home-health QA/OASIS review or clinical documentation QA.
• Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, Wellsky.
• Meticulous eye for detail and data-driven mindset.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to utilize remote collaboration tools.
