Overview

The Quality Assurance RN is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health services by monitoring, and evaluating clinical documentation and providing staff education.

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas; BSN preferred. OASIS certification is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role in home health.
Strong understanding of home health care regulations and quality assurance processes.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
