• Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Provide feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• 3+ years in home-health QA/OASIS review, utilization review, or clinical documentation QA.
• Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, Wellsky.
• Must be tech-savvy with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable in a remote environment.
• Availability for weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of residence.
• Certifications: COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
