Overview

The PremierOne Records Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in comprehending and addressing customers' business requirements for MSI applications, ensuring the effective deployment and support of public safety solutions.

In Short

• Document business process requirements for MSI applications.
• Implement system provisioning and configure workflows.
• Provide comprehensive training on the PremierOne Records Management System.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of installed systems.
• Document technical issues for escalation.
• Deliver customized training remotely and onsite.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to application issues.
• Work with Product Management on enhancement requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Travel up to 75% of the time for project assignments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or College degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Field Service, or Public Safety.
• Ability to obtain necessary background clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CAD, RMS, JMS, or LRMS products.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a team setting.
• Must be located in the Central or North Eastern Region.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
