HRSS Analyst (Arabic Language) - Remote

Overview

The HRSS Analyst will support the Global HR Shared Services activities, ensuring effective management of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining data integrity.

• Deliver first-line support for HR queries across the employee lifecycle.
• Support local HR Generalist group with ad-hoc requests.
• Organize and prioritize workload effectively.
• Respond to HRSS Mailbox queries and calls.
• Analyze HR transactions to maintain data integrity.
• Process employee data into Oracle systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Suggest process enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

• Expertise in Arabic (spoken, written, and reading).
• MBA in HR or any graduate degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR business cycle processes.
• Experience with ERP and proficiency in PC applications.
• Proactive in adopting new processes.
• Able to work in a diverse environment and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
