Web Application Developer (API) - Remote

Overview

The Web Application Developer is part of a team that develops, integrates, and maintains websites and internal applications within the organization, utilizing Agile methodologies and a LAMP environment.

In Short

• Support existing websites and create new elements.
• Create and support specialized API integrations.
• Analyze requirements for new development designs.
• Collaborate with developers or work independently on projects.
• Set estimates and expectations for new product development.
• Develop, implement, and test web applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code.
• Perform other support tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack web development experience.
• Expertise in PHP on a LAMP stack.
• Experience with web design and application programming.
• Experience in API creation and integration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Solid knowledge of OOP and web standards.
• Experience with MVC frameworks, preferably Symfony.
• Experience maintaining serverless tech stack on AWS.
• Strong understanding of microservice-oriented architecture.
