Overview

Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Software/Application Developer to support a critical software development effort for our government customer.

In Short

• Build and maintain ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Perform system administration and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
• Create dashboards, reports, and technical documentation.
• Analyze user needs and design custom applications.
• Participate in Agile development and peer code reviews.
• Follow coding standards and recommend tools and technologies.
• Provide technical assistance and enhance applications based on feedback.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in ITSM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and integration.
• Experience in software development and lifecycle support.
• Ability to work in Agile environments.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
