Trading Support Night Operator - Remote

Overview

As a Trading Support Operator, you will be responsible for triaging issues raised to Trading Support and escalating them to the appropriate teams, ensuring smooth operations in the trading department.

In Short

• Own issues on behalf of the Trading department.
• Investigate using multiple tools and resources.
• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Document the impact and scale of all incidents.
• Recognise patterns within known issues.
• Communicate issues and manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Undertake Quality Assurance on betting offers.
• Handle sportsbook queries from customer-facing teams.
• Liaise with 3rd Party feed providers on data errors.
• Work primarily during night shifts.

Requirements

• Degree level education preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Sports and/or Sports Betting.
• Ability to escalate issues quickly and concisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to summarise complex data succinctly.
• Calm under pressure with prioritisation skills.
• Highly motivated and organised.
• Previous experience in triaging/investigating issues is a plus.
• Availability to work Night shifts most of the time.
