Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, the SDR plays a critical role in the success of our sales pipeline.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social media) to prospective customers.
  • Research and identify key contacts and target accounts.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Log and track all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Maintain and clean the lead database for accuracy.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback to sales and product teams.
  • Proactively learn about industry and products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
