Bilingual Events Registration & Marketing Coordinator - Maternity Leave Contract - Remote

Overview

This is a hybrid/remote (one day in the office and 4 days remote) 14 month maternity leave contract role based in Toronto.

In Short

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in English and French.
• Partner with teams to develop event assets and communications.
• Manage the registration lifecycle using the event platform Swoogo.
• Develop deep brand and event knowledge for various projects.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• 1 to 3 years of marketing or events experience.
• Travel to 3 events per year in Canada and the US.
• Experience in customer support or client service.
• Knowledge of event registration platforms is an asset.
• Basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
