HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our HR function — handling day-to-day employee support, benefits administration, and compliance tasks that keep our team running smoothly.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to the HR inbox for employee inquiries.
• Manage benefit enrollments in Paylocity.
• Administer parental leave and FMLA requests.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Process employment verifications.
• Assist with HRIS maintenance.
• Provide general support to the HR Manager.
• 2–4 years of HR experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and interest in supporting people.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration and leave management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
