As a Technical Analyst, you actively contribute to ensuring that our projects are implemented smoothly and successfully. 🌞

In Short

• Technical support from home office: You support craftsmen remotely during installation and commissioning at construction sites.
• Point of contact for inquiries: You answer technical questions from craftsmen by phone or in writing and ensure they have all necessary information.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving: You analyze technical issues remotely and provide targeted instructions for resolution.
• Digitally accompany construction acceptance: You review the progress of work based on photos and documentation and provide feedback for quality assurance.
• Quality control from a distance: You ensure all work meets established standards by reviewing documentation and guiding corrections.

Requirements

• Professional qualification: Completed electrician training, ideally with a focus on energy and building technology.
• Work experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in building technology.
• Technical knowledge: Experience with network forms and meter cabinets.
• Digital affinity: Confident use of PC and digital tools.
• Social competence: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Language skills: You have very good German language skills (C1 to C2).
