Java Architect - Remote

Overview

This position is a hybrid role for a Java Architect who will mentor team members, drive architectural decisions, and work closely with management to deliver features.

In Short

• Mentor team members and drive architectural decisions.
• Work with the VP/CTO on long-term solutions.
• Individual contributor to complete features as per the product roadmap.
• Provide feedback on feature scope to management.
• Evaluate performance aspects of new and existing code.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality.
• Perform POCs for new technologies.
• Help evaluate potential new hires through interviews.

Requirements

• Experience with Java Microservice Based Architecture.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and Extensible Architecture.
• Proficiency in SpringBoot and Spring Packages.
• Experience with Java Script and Angular 10+.
• Familiarity with MySQL.
• Nice to have: Redis, Docker, JMS, DocumentDB, ActiveMQ, RxJS, AWS, AI/Machine Learning.
