EngageCX is a virtual call center offering those dedicated to working from home options since 2009. As a Medicare Fronter Specialist, you will engage with inbound Medicare recipients interested in exploring available plans and benefits.

In Short

  • Work from home as a Medicare Fronter Specialist.
  • Engage with inbound Medicare recipients.
  • Gather information and assess caller's interest in Medicare plans.
  • Pre-qualify callers to ensure they meet essential criteria.
  • Transfer interested and qualified individuals to licensed Medicare agents.
  • Full-time hours available Monday through Friday.
  • Compensation starts at $13.00 per hour during training.
  • Earn $14.00 per hour after training.
  • Must have a distraction-free work environment.
  • Equipment requirements include a desktop PC or laptop with Windows 10 or 11.

Requirements

  • Previous survey experience preferred.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and call control skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows applications and typing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check.
  • Must have a hardwired internet connection.
  • Minimum 25 Mbps download speed required.
  • Must provide photo ID and utility bill for residency verification.
