In Short

Requirements

• Previous survey experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and call control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Clear and professional speaking voice.
• Must have a secure and quiet workspace.
• Must have a newer desktop PC or laptop with Windows 11.
• Minimum 4.0 GB of RAM and 1 GB of physical memory.
• Must use a wired internet connection.
• Must have a noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
• Must pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check.
