Senior Bilingual NetSuite Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Senior Bilingual NetSuite Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead NetSuite implementations, optimize solutions, and provide exceptional service tailored to our clients' needs in the retail, wholesale, or manufacturing sectors. You will also provide technical support and manage end-to-end project delivery.

In Short

• Regularly interact with clients to maintain strong relationships and assess their satisfaction.
• Configure and customize NetSuite according to client specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to understand clients' business needs.
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Manage the delivery of complex solutions end-to-end.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with data migration and system integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in one of the NetSuite verticals (e.g., retail, manufacturing).
• 5+ ERP or WMS implementation experiences.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant certification.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in French and English.
• Knowledge of NetSuite products and business process design.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• MBA, accounting designations, or knowledge of supply chain are assets.
