EngageCX is looking for a Bilingual Medicare Fronter Specialist to work from home, assisting inbound Medicare recipients with their inquiries and pre-qualifying them for plans.

In Short

• Work from home as a Bilingual Medicare Fronter Specialist.

Requirements

• Previous survey experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and call control skills.
• Distraction-free work environment.
• Knowledge of Windows applications and typing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Pass a complete Felony and HIPPA background check.
