Manager Market Integration - Hydrogen - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Manager Market Integration to support the development and management of our hydrogen business, contributing to a fossil-free future.

In Short

• Manage existing customer relationships in municipalities, commerce, and mobility.
• Coordinate hydrogen deliveries, overseeing scheduling and technical coordination.
• Create offers and calculate prices for individual projects.
• Actively assist in acquiring new customers, especially in regions with logistics structures.
• Maintain customer data and delivery plans, create reports, and collaborate on standardized processes.
• Support contract creation and management, handle complaints, and optimize internal processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education, or a degree in energy economics, sales, or logistics.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or purchasing, preferably in B2B technical gases or energy/logistics sectors.
• Good technical understanding of complex products and basic knowledge of hydrogen production and logistics.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for green hydrogen.
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational talent, and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English, with a Class B driver's license.
