Communication & Culture Manager - Remote

Overview

The Communication & Culture Manager will support the establishment and introduction of a new intranet, coordinate cross-departmental knowledge management initiatives, and enhance the company culture through effective internal communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication Sciences, Media Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or similar.
• Several years of experience in internal communication or change management.
• Experience in planning and implementing internal communication via digital channels.
• Familiarity with editorial processes and CMS-based systems.
• Experience in interdisciplinary projects focused on communication or culture.
• Strong networking skills and a passion for enhancing company culture.
• Fluent in German and English.
