Join the ENERTRAG team as a Technical Support specialist for Vestas wind turbines and help drive the energy transition.

In Short

• Provide solutions for cases that cannot be resolved at the first level.
• Assist service personnel in troubleshooting Vestas wind turbines.
• Initiate measures for fault resolution.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Responsible for process development, including creating and optimizing technical work instructions and maintenance protocols.
• Optimize deficiency recording sheets for service personnel for offer and order creation.

Requirements

• Completed electrical, mechanical, or technical training.
• Several years of experience in troubleshooting Vestas wind turbines.
• Willingness to work at heights.
• Good command of both German and English, spoken and written.
• Possession of a Class B or BE driver's license.
• Strengths include reliability, responsibility, flexibility, and helpfulness.
