Overview

The Program Manager – Portland Solar for All will lead the development, strategy, and implementation of a five-year initiative to increase solar deployment for low-income households, collaborating with grant partners and community organizations.

Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in community engagement and workforce development.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Oregon and Washington as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
