Program Manager, M&A - Remote

Overview

Coinbase is seeking a passionate Program Manager to support the Enterprise Systems and Technology Operations M&A program, driving operational delivery and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.

In Short

• Support integration efforts for M&A in the ESTO organization.
• Execute operational delivery for IT and Enterprise Application M&A work.
• Build and monitor project success and overall project risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Security, HR, and Product.
• Drive sustainable solutions for newly integrated teams.
• Manage high-priority programs or projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project/Program Management, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Analysis, or Product Operations.
• Passion for Coinbase’s mission and the crypto space.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).

Benefits

• Target annual salary of $144,200 CAD.
