In Short

• Responsible for evaluating global policies and operational processes.
• Identify experience obstacles and process inefficiencies.
• Build outlines and workflow maps.
• Project manage initiatives to completion.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Promote safety for users on Thumbtack.
• Maintain and update significant Trust and Safety programs.
• Draft standard operating procedures and project charters.
• Manage stakeholders with clear communication.
• Adapt to unforeseen circumstances and drive results.

Requirements

• 2+ years in program management or project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with applicable knowledge.
• Track record of analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing detailed proposals and policies.
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain findings.
• Ability to quickly build expertise and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
