Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Energy Solutions, you will serve as a product development and management expert for one or more practice areas including Distributed Energy Resources, Energy Efficiency, Decarbonization, Energy Codes & Standards. You will lead the product development of new products and service offerings, in close collaboration with the practice area leadership team.

In Short

• Provide product management leadership for utility clients.
• Lead product development efforts using a stage-gate process.
• Coach and support Product Managers in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate product collateral.
• Create high-level business requirements in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with Information Systems to support technical discovery.
• Modify products based on client feedback.
• Develop processes in alignment with Energy Solution’s Productized Services Framework.
• Conduct market research and understand market drivers.
• Support business development for MVP-deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, STEM, or environmental discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, 4 in Product Management.
• Experience designing and managing products or services.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Direct project management experience.
• Experience leading and managing cross-team projects.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently on product management activities.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple teams.
