In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of a critical software platform.
• Manage project timelines and ensure security considerations are embedded.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
• Own and manage user stories and epics in Jira.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3 years of experience, or 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Agile software development life cycle.
• Good technical analyst skills translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills between technical and non-technical users.
