In Short

• Manage the Accounting email inbox
• Process purchase invoices (Order management, invoice entry, reconciliation, follow-up on disputes)
• Process manual sales invoices (Invoice management, entry, reconciliation, payment follow-up)
• Reconcile Supplier / Customer accounts
• Prepare transfer orders
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage expense reports
• Occasionally manage certain accounting points
• Filing / Archiving

Requirements

• Level Bac +2 in Accounting and Management
• Successful experience in an accounting service
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, and knowledge of accounting software (SAP is a plus)
