Overview

Nayax GmbH is seeking to strengthen its team with an experienced accountant (m/f/d) for a full-time position.

In Short

• Creating accounts payable invoices based on company-specific sales software
• Responsible and legally secure execution of dunning processes
• Control and initiate all suitable measures to reduce outstanding receivables
• Correspondence with trading partners, collection service providers, and internal departments
• Creating and managing purchase orders
• Reviewing incoming invoices

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), knowledge of NetSuite ERP is desirable
• High level of reliability, initiative, efficiency, and numerical understanding
• Team and customer-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
• Excellent German language skills (native level)
• Good English language skills
