Overview

This is a full-time and permanent role based in the US Central timezone, where the Accountant will play a pivotal role in the finance team of Umbrella Fund, requiring a strong understanding of US accounting principles.

In Short

Maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Assist in the month-end closing processes and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Support the auditing processes by providing necessary documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
