Energy Pool is a key player in the energy transition, providing advanced software services and solutions for optimizing distributed energy resources. The Engineering Manager will contribute to the individual development of team members and manage skills within the IT department.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT.
• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in hierarchical and project management.
• Strong development and architecture background.
• Proficient in agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with corporate tools (Office, Jira, Slack).
• Ability to lead meetings and groups.
• Experience in managerial monitoring.
