Finance Manager - Format, Network & Property - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager - Property Network is responsible for partnering with senior leaders in the Retail and Hotels Property & Formats teams to deliver on their strategic objectives, provide insights on network performance, and ultimately optimise returns on our network and property assets.

• Lead long-term financial planning for the property network.
• Identify growth opportunities and network risks.
• Evaluate organic network opportunities and risks.

• Evaluate lease commitments and occupancy costs.

Requirements

• 8 years+ experience in property finance.
• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA).
• Experience in running a Commercial Finance function.
• Experience in developing investment proposals and business cases.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail fundamentals.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in managing in a disrupted environment.
• Technology and digital experience.
• Retail/FMCG experience preferred.
• Customer-centric experience.
