Overview

The Senior Synon Developer will work on enhancing RxCLAIM/Claim Adjudication projects, focusing on modifications to Claim Processing logic and integration with downstream applications.

• Work on RxCLAIM/Claim Adjudication enhancement projects.
• Strong coding skills in SYNON/COOL 2E required.
• Experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applications is essential.
• 5 - 8 years of experience with SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, DB2/400.
• Strong troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Maintain existing systems and document current system flows.
• Develop new systems and perform major enhancements.
• Participation in meetings via video calls is required.
• Ability to work onsite as necessary.
• Flexible work hours and hybrid work options available.

Requirements

• Strong SYNON/COOL 2E coding skills.
• Experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM application.
• Experience with Benefit Plan and Core Adjudication in RxCLAIM.
• 5 - 8 years of experience with relevant technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to code independently.
• Experience in PBM and Healthcare is preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Part D and RxCLAIM Pricing is a plus.
