Supervisor, Shared Services - Remote

Overview

The Shared Services Supervisor will guide a multi-faceted team of 10-20 individuals performing the day to day tasks required within the Shared Services Department. This individual will be the primary contact for the Shared Services Department and must be flexible with their working schedule and availability based on the business needs of the department.

In Short

• Directly responsible for creating goals, auditing production, and providing coaching to maximize employee performance
• Ensure all employees have the necessary resources and equipment to be successful in their roles
• Develop training tools and ramp up plans for employees including career growth paths
• Establish methods of team communication to create an inclusive environment
• Track and analyze inventory volume trends to forecast staffing needs
• Manage file transfers between EMS|MC to various debt collection agencies
• Identify best practices for client-specific requests
• Oversee onboarding and wind-downs for new clients
• Ensure accurate recording of employee time in the HRIS
• Develop innovative ideas to improve client performance

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience leading a team in a remote environment
• Highly organized with time management skills
• Adaptable to changes in work environment and duties
