The Supervisor, HIM Shared Services oversees daily operations for the assigned Regional Health Ministries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics while managing a team of HIM Technicians.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology or related field.
• Certification as RHIT or RHIA required.
• At least five years of experience in HIM.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Expertise with electronic health record systems.
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
• Understanding of privacy and security regulations.
