• Run end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.

• Advocate for the employer value proposition.
• Support initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and inclusivity.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong sourcing capability and tools proficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High energy and passion for candidate experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
