• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants.
• Manage a portfolio of implementation projects.
• Design and deliver Payroll and HR implementation content.
• Educate clients on the Employment Hero platform.
• Troubleshoot issues during the setup process.
• Drive process improvements for implementation delivery.
• Monitor team performance and contribute to reporting.
• Support onboarding standards across the team.
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless handover.
• Operate in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing training or HR/payroll implementation.
• 1-2 years in a mentoring or team leadership role.
• Strong grasp of UK payroll legislative requirements.
• Experience designing and delivering training content.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience improving processes and operational efficiencies.
• Confidence using project management and CRM tools.
