• Manage affiliate marketing program and ensure accurate campaign setup.
• Support affiliate onboarding and communication to maximize engagement.
• Monitor affiliate performance and deliver updates with recommendations.
• Help build and maintain dashboards for performance insights.
• Monitor weekly pacing, budget delivery, and conversion metrics.
• Assist with testing and reporting setup for accurate measurement.
• Liaise with Sales, Ops, and CRM teams for lead routing and data integrity.
• Stay updated with evolving platform features and marketing best practices.
• Work independently in a remote team with a detail-oriented approach.
• Access cutting-edge tools and collaborate with ambitious colleagues.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in performance marketing or campaign operations.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.
• Strong data skills with tools like Google Sheets and Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful with strong time management skills.
• Curious, proactive learner who thrives on collaboration.
