Overview

Emplicit is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you will be a key partner in managing the needs and expectations of a diverse portfolio of clients.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication including performance updates.
  • Drive marketplace growth by developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
  • Develop account plans to maximize Amazon success and Emplicit revenue.
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively create solutions.
  • Anticipate potential account obstacles and develop proactive solutions.
  • Manage efforts of a cross-functional team in developing e-commerce and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships in an agency or customer service setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player, detail-oriented, and able to balance competing priorities.
  • “Customer-first” mindset with an ability to build trust with clients.
