As a Senior Outreach & Activation Lead at Empathy, you will play a pivotal role in engaging potential users and guiding Outreach Specialists to connect them with Empathy’s services, utilizing a data-driven approach to optimize outreach strategies.

  • Lead and mentor Outreach Specialists to drive success in user registration and onboarding.
  • Track key metrics to monitor outreach performance and develop action plans.
  • Use data analytics to refine outreach processes and improve engagement rates.
  • Identify bottlenecks in outreach and implement innovative strategies.
  • Partner with training leads to enhance team resources and quality assurance.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Empathy’s offerings to ensure effective outreach.
  • Engage directly with leads to understand user needs.
  • Bridge communication between Care Managers and Outreach Specialists.
  • Work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Support families during times of loss with empathy and understanding.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in outreach, sales, or activation roles.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills in a remote setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • A deep sense of empathy for supporting families in need.
