Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional service and support to customers while managing equipment and rentals.

In Short

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone technology to manage rentals.
• Inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a moderate-risk environment.
• Physical capability to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in continuous education.
