Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring exceptional service while managing equipment and rentals.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center.
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and manage returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Receive a $100 hiring bonus and additional bonuses upon certification.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a moderate-risk environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
