Overview

As a Specialist I, Post Sales, you will undergo training to support customer-focused digital support and business administration roles, contributing to growth platforms and operational pillars.

In Short

  • Monitor incoming emails in common mailboxes.
  • Validate and calculate pricing using system tools.
  • Verify completeness of credit/billing/RMA requirements.
  • Identify, review, and resolve invoicing issues.
  • Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
  • Submit requests for model setups.
  • Escalate pricing issues to the appropriate support group.
  • Send Return Material Authorization to the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in Order Administration, Data Entry, and/or Banking/Accounting.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
