Overview

As a Sales Excellence Manager at Emerson, you will develop, optimize and oversee all sales-related processes, procedures, and activities that drive sales growth, productivity, and profitability for the ANZ Isolation Valves Business.

In Short

• Develop and deploy the Sales Excellence Roadmap.
• Engage with ISV Sales Leadership to develop key growth strategies.
• Create and implement process efficiencies for standardization.
• Identify training requirements and deliver training to the sales team.
• Deploy sales tools including CRM systems.
• Drive CRM adoption rate and data integrity.
• Monitor and recommend sales and channel performance improvements.
• Support sales target setting in alignment with company objectives.
• Develop sales team performance dashboards.
• Collaborate between Sales & Operations for effective management.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Understanding of SAP, Oracle & CRM Cloud.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer care.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
