Plumbing Program Manager - Remote

Overview

This position will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of RIDGID programs within Home Depot’s Plumbing Department, including Home Depot Store, Online, Canada and Pro/HD Supply.

In Short

• Provide leadership and mentorship to build strong materials management processes.
• Expand sales nationally through promotional activities and merchandising initiatives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Home Depot management and internal departments.
• Meet with Department Merchant and Field Support Teams to facilitate growth.
• Develop and communicate strategic and tactical plans for program execution.
• Use reporting systems to analyze business performance and trends.
• Interact with In Store Service division management teams to resolve issues.
• Forecast product needs to meet POS demand.
• Focus on high volume and new stores for program implementation.
• Participate in regional trainings and trade shows to improve brand exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, experience considered.
• Seven (7+) years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability for occasional weekend work with advance notice.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
