ERP Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to join EMCO Corporation, a leading national wholesale distributor, to optimize business processes and support our ERP systems.

In Short

• Lead ERP projects and initiatives from start to finish.
• Analyze and support ERP systems, including integrations with eCommerce platforms.
• Provide end-user support and onboarding for ERP technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP or integration issues.
• Document ERP configurations and processes.
• Train end users on ERP functionality.
• Monitor and optimize system performance.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Finance, or Data Analysis.
• Minimum 3 years’ ERP experience (Infor M3, SAP, Oracle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of integration processes and ERP modules.
• Experience in wholesale distribution is an asset.
• Proven ability to lead ERP-related projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Willingness to travel within Canada.
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
