Golang Developer (Indexes) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Golang Developer with strong experience in building high-load systems and a passion for fintech and blockchain technologies. You will play a key role in developing and scaling the backend of our Indexes service, integrating it with external and internal platforms, and improving its overall reliability, performance, and security.

In Short

• Developing the backend architecture of the Indexes service
• Expanding the range of supported exchanges and indices
• Integrating with payment gateways, internal services, CRM systems, PowerBI, and the admin dashboard
• Optimizing and scaling existing solutions to handle increasing load and complexity
• Improving system monitoring, logging, and overall security
• Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features

Requirements

• Proven experience working with high-load systems
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Go
• Background in fintech, crypto, or blockchain projects
• Proactive mindset and a drive to propose and implement effective solutions
• Flexible thinking and the ability to find the right balance between speed and code quality
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills across technical and product teams
• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
