Overview

EMA is looking for an Associate Customer Service Consultant to join our project teams driving positive change for some of the largest water utilities across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate is excited to be exposed to a breadth of experience and assignments. In this role, you will have hands-on, practical opportunities to grow in your career alongside your peers and experienced colleagues.

• Support clients in implementing new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or another STEM-related field
• 0-2 years of coursework, internship, or entry-level experience related to CIS, CRM systems, or utility business processes preferred
• Comfortable supporting project tasks and documentation
• Clear and professional communicator
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
• Open to feedback and continuous development
• Desire to learn new tasks
