Associate Site Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Associate Site Financial Analyst will be involved with providing support to the Financial Management Services (FMS) department on all needs related to financial matters including revenue recognition and timely, accurate invoicing of Services, Pass-through Expenses, and Investigator Payments. This role is responsible for the management and accuracy of site-related accounts receivable, including timely and accurate identification of payments, tracking investigator site payments, supporting study reconciliations, and communication with external and internal customers.

• Support FMS on all needs related to financial matters including revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Responsible for monetary management of projects.
• Create invoices per contractual terms and within department timelines.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of project-related accounts receivable.
• Prepare for and attend monthly site and/or project review meetings.
• Assist in the reconciliation and invoicing of pass-through expenses.
• Understand financial contract terms for assigned studies.
• Learn and utilize CTM systems for reporting and tracking.
• Assist in the monthly reconciliation of the CTM system to NetSuite.
• Provide reports as requested by Finance Executives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of project or job cost systems and accounting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience as Project Accountant preferred.
• NetSuite and CTMS experience a plus.
